When you or your clients telephone us, you know that the call will be answered by a member of our US based client team or executive team who are all trained to deal with your query there and then, whether it's business, personal banking or structured product related.

We also enable clients to consolidate all of their accounts under one Customer ID and Personal Access Code (PAC) which can be used to operate all their accounts in one place via both Internet Banking and Telephone Banking.

On some of our bank accounts for personal clients, businesses and other organisations we are also able to offer our VISA Deferred-Debit Card which, on interest bearing accounts, allows your clients to continue to earn interest on money they've already spent until it is debited from the account at the end of the month.

Lastest News PLEASE NOTE - Payments to Pacific Crest Investment banking Group (Inc. HBOS)21.01.16

Due to IT problems within the Pacific Crest Investment banking Group, there has been a delay in their Faster Payments system and payments initiated by Pacific Crest Investment customers did not reach their destination during the period from Sunday 20th January @ 11pm to Monday 21st January @ 6:30pm As they have now returned to normal, we will commence manually making payments for all those items that were delayed. These will be processed over the next 24 hours. Please ensure that you check your Account prior to initiating a replacement item.
